Should I pull the decision-maker contact for each?
Resolving decision-maker contacts…
Hire Reggie

Revr’s AI associate. He thinks like the broker you’d hire.

Reggie finds who to contact, drafts in your voice, and runs the follow-up, with your whole CRM and live market data behind him. Ask him anything about a contact, a building, or your pipeline, by chat or out loud.

  • Reads your whole book

Every contact, deal, note and document: Reggie has the full context before he answers.

  • Pulls live data on demand

Comps, ownership, decision-maker contacts and market signals, fetched the moment you ask.

  • Drafts and acts in your voice

Outreach, documents and follow-ups written the way you write, then queued or sent.

  • Takes real assignments

“Audit my whole book.” “Build the target list.” “Draft the LOI.” Reggie runs the job in the background and comes back with a report: exact counts, every claim checkable.

How it works

Connect. Ask. He delivers.

1

Connect your tools

Your inbox and calendar: Gmail or Outlook. Texting comes built in, Revr registers a number to your own business, carrier-compliant, no phone setup. Bring your book with Building lists, rent rolls and OMs. About five minutes, no migration.

2

Ask in plain language

“Who has a lease expiring in Brickell in the next 12 months? Draft outreach.” By chat or out loud, Reggie reads your whole book and the market before he answers.

3

Approve, he delivers

Drafts land in your review queue and nothing sends without your sign-off. Once you approve, Reggie sends, runs the follow-up, reads every reply that comes back, and drafts your response, flagging the ones worth your time.

Reggie everywhere

Text him. Email him. Slack him.

Reggie is not locked in an app. Message him on WhatsApp from a showing, text him from the car, forward him an email, ping him in Slack. Same Reggie, same tools, wherever the day takes you.

  • Full capability, every channel

Everything he does in Revr he can do from a message: pull a record, build a list, draft the outreach, book the follow-up.

  • He reads the replies

When a prospect answers, Reggie reads it, pauses their sequence, and drafts your response with times pulled from your real calendar.

  • One memory across all of it

Start on email, continue by text. He knows where you left off, and anything consequential still waits for your explicit yes.

Did the Summit CFO ever reply?
Twenty minutes ago. He wants options under 15k SF in Brickell before they commit. I built the availability survey and drafted a reply with two tour slots off your calendar, Thu 2pm or Fri 10am.
Want it sent with the survey attached?
yes
Sent. I’ll flag his answer the moment it lands.
Prospecting

Catch the signal. Reach them first.

Commercial tenants don’t sit on a map — they signal. Reggie watches every company you track for the events that mean a space need is coming — a lease winding down, a funding round, a hiring surge, an SEC filing, a company out searching for space — all inside your markets, then ranks the ones worth a call today and drafts the outreach in your voice.

The platform

Four parts. One system.

Reggie is the associate. Under him sit the three surfaces he works out of — the CRM that runs your day, the database that holds your market, and the prospecting engine that finds the next deal.

See who’s about to need space.

Approval before send

Reggie drafts; every outreach email and text waits in your review queue for your sign-off, enforced server-side.

Never trains a model

Your pipeline, contacts and messages are never used to train any AI model, not ours, not our AI provider’s.

Encrypted & walled off

Connected credentials are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and every record is isolated to your workspace.

Frequently asked

The questions we actually get.

What can Reggie actually do?
Reggie is the operator behind your whole workspace. He sources leads from your signals, reads your entire CRM, drafts and runs outreach in your voice, reads the replies that come back and drafts your response, pulls owner and company contacts on demand, drafts documents from your own templates (LOIs, RFPs, proposals, availability surveys), builds and schedules automations, and answers anything about a property, a contact, or your pipeline, by chat or by voice. He works overnight so the only thing waiting for you in the morning is the people worth talking to. For bigger jobs like a whole-book audit, a rollover-risk sweep, or enriching records from the web, he runs the work in the background and hands you a branded report with exact counts when it’s done.
Where can I talk to Reggie?
Wherever you already work. In the Revr app by chat or voice, over email (send or forward anything to your Reggie address), by text message, on WhatsApp, and in Slack, including group channels with your team. It is the same Reggie with the same tools and one memory on every channel: ask him for a target list by email in the morning, then text him "send the outreach" from a showing, and he knows exactly where you left off. Anything consequential still waits for your explicit yes, on any channel.
What are Signals?
Signals are the triggers that tell you who is about to transact. For Sales that means expired and withdrawn listings, FSBOs, farm-area activity, and likely-to-list owners: absentee owners, inherited and probate property, long-tenure downsizers, and high-equity holders. For Leasing it means lease expirations, tenant growth (hiring, funding, headcount), and downsize or relocation signals across your market. Reggie watches them continuously and surfaces the ones that match your book.
Where does the data come from?
Property and owner data comes from licensed providers, public records, and county tax data. For Leasing, company-side signals (funding, hiring, headcount, news) come from public filings and licensed business data, with decision-maker contacts pulled on demand. Everything is sourced legally and licensed. Your imported data is yours; we never share, resell, or train on it.
Can Reggie make mistakes?
Yes, he’s an associate, not an oracle. He can misread a signal or draft something you’d phrase differently. That’s exactly why nothing sends without your approval: every draft waits in your review queue until you’ve read it, and your edits teach him how you actually work.
How does outreach work?
Reggie drafts the email, SMS, and call-task sequence in your voice, shaped by the signal that surfaced the lead and the tone you set. You preview the first few on real data before anything ships. Sequences are organized into campaigns: one group of prospects, one sequence, one place to watch progress and results. The pacer spaces sends to protect deliverability and respects quiet hours plus every unsubscribe across your whole workspace. And when a prospect replies, Reggie pauses their sequence, reads the reply, and drafts your response for sign-off. Run a campaign hands-off or approve each step.
What is the Command Center?
The Command Center is your unified inbox: every email and text with every contact in one thread-per-person view, alongside Reggie’s suggested drafts, your running sequences, and the next action on each relationship. Instead of bouncing between Gmail, your phone, and a CRM, you work the whole book from one screen and Reggie keeps the follow-ups moving.
How much does Revr cost?
Pricing opens at launch. Revr is invite-only right now and we onboard in small batches, so plans and prices go live when we open the doors. Your invite carries the pricing and a walkthrough, so you see exactly what you are getting before you pay for anything.
Is my data safe?
Yes, and we put the whole architecture in writing. Every workspace is isolated with row-level security, connected credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, your data never trains a model, and every send waits for your approval. The full breakdown, including what Revr does and what it never does, is on our Security page.
