What can Reggie actually do?+
Reggie is the operator behind your whole workspace. He sources leads from your signals, reads your entire CRM, drafts and runs outreach in your voice, pulls owner and company contacts on demand, drafts documents from your own templates (LOIs, RFPs, proposals), builds and schedules automations, and answers anything about a property, a contact, or your pipeline — by chat or by voice. He works overnight so the only thing waiting for you in the morning is the people worth talking to.
What are Signals?+
Signals are the triggers that tell you who is about to transact. For Real Estate Agent that means expired and withdrawn listings, FSBOs, farm-area activity, and likely-to-list owners — absentee owners, inherited and probate property, long-tenure downsizers, and high-equity holders. For Commercial Leasing it means lease expirations, tenant growth (hiring, funding, headcount), and downsize or relocation signals across your market. Reggie watches them continuously and surfaces the ones that match your book.
Where does the data come from?+
Property and owner data comes from licensed providers, public records, and county tax data. For Commercial Leasing, company-side signals — funding, hiring, headcount, news — come from public filings and licensed business data, with decision-maker contacts pulled on demand. Everything is sourced legally and licensed. Your imported data is yours; we never share, resell, or train on it.
Can I input my own data?+
Yes. Upload a CSV of properties, owners, contacts, or buyer/tenant lists and Reggie merges it into your pipeline — de-duped against existing records. You can also add a single property or contact manually any time.
How does Reggie decide what to show me first?+
No black-box scoring — Reggie ranks by signal strength. He weighs how fresh and how strong each trigger is (a lease expiring in 90 days outranks one expiring in two years; a 19-year owner who just pulled their FSBO listing outranks a casual browse) against the criteria you set. You can always ask him why something surfaced, and tighten or loosen the filters yourself.
What is the Command Center?+
The Command Center is your unified inbox — every email and text with every contact in one thread-per-person view, alongside Reggie’s suggested drafts, your running sequences, and the next action on each relationship. Instead of bouncing between Gmail, your phone, and a CRM, you work the whole book from one screen and Reggie keeps the follow-ups moving.
What does the Intelligence map show me?+
The Intelligence workspace pairs market context (macro indicators, local market data, and news) with a live parcel map. Click any parcel to see ownership, absentee status, building specs, an estimated value, zoning and FAR, and sales history, with opportunity flags layered on top. Leasing brokers use it for zoning and assemblage; real estate agents use it to scout a farm and qualify an address before they knock.
Can Reggie draft my documents and proposals?+
Yes — from your own templates. Save the formats you already use (LOIs, RFPs, proposals, pre-listing packets, intro letters) and Reggie fills them in with the right property, owner, and market details on demand, then you edit and export. He pulls live comps and parcel data for any address so the numbers are current, but the document always follows your format, not a generic one.
How does outreach work?+
Reggie drafts the email, SMS, and call-task sequence in your voice — shaped by the signal that surfaced the lead and the tone you set. You preview the first few on real data before anything ships. The pacer spaces sends to protect deliverability, auto-pauses the moment someone replies, and respects quiet hours plus every unsubscribe across your whole workspace. You can run it as a hands-off Automation or approve each step.
Can I track tenants and landlords in the same workspace?+
Yes. Commercial Leasing is dual-sided by default. The pipeline shows tenants searching for space alongside landlords with vacancies, and Reggie surfaces matches between them — when a tenant’s requirements line up with available inventory in your book, both sides link to the same workspace event.
Can I bring my own criteria and templates?+
Yes. Your target criteria, outreach templates, and LOI language are all yours to edit. Reggie learns from what you approve and what you reject — so the longer you use him, the more he sounds like you.
How much does Revr cost?+
Pricing depends on your team size, usage volume, and which parts of Revr you actually need. We’ll walk through it on the demo call and quote the right setup for your business.
How is Revr set up for my business?+
Every Revr account is configured by hand during onboarding. We turn on the mode you work in — Commercial Leasing, Real Estate Agent, or both — tune Reggie’s voice and context to your business, build your outreach sequences in your tone, and dial in your target criteria and markets. By the time you log in, Revr behaves like it was built for you.
Do you take a cut of my deals?+
No. Your deals are yours. Revr is a subscription — we make money when you close more, we don’t need to skim.
How long does onboarding take?+
Most operators are working live leads within 30 minutes — pick your mode, set your markets, tell Reggie what you’re after, and your pipeline starts filling. Team accounts get a 60-minute guided onboarding with shared pipeline setup and role permissions.
What happens if I cancel?+
Just email us and we’ll cancel — no friction. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period, then your account drops to read-only so you can still export your pipeline, contacts, and deals to CSV. Full account deletion is a separate action you can trigger any time.
Is my data safe?+
Each workspace is isolated with row-level security — no other user, including admins on other accounts, can see your pipeline, contacts, or deals. We never sell data, never share it, and never train models on it. You can export everything to CSV any time, and full account deletion wipes your workspace within 30 days.
