Questions

What Revr is, and what Reggie does.

The vertical AI solution for real estate brokers. Here is the plain version.

What is Revr?

Revr gives a broker an AI associate named Reggie who finds who to reach out to, gets the decision maker, crafts the outreach sequence, chases the follow-up, puts together the deliverable, drafts the LOI, and keeps your pipeline moving.

What does vertical AI mean in real estate?

Vertical AI means software built for one industry rather than a general assistant pointed at it. Revr is the vertical AI solution for real estate brokers: it knows what a lease expiration, a decision maker, a comp and an LOI are, it holds the broker’s own book of buildings, contacts and deals, and it does the brokerage work rather than answering questions about it.

Who is Reggie?

Reggie is Revr’s AI associate. He is the one who does the work inside Revr: he watches the market for signals, finds the decision maker, drafts outreach in the broker’s own voice, chases the follow-up, builds the deliverable and keeps the pipeline moving. A broker chats with one Reggie, and domain-heavy work goes to specialist agents tuned for it.

Who is Revr for?

Revr is built for two kinds of broker. Commercial leasing brokers, both tenant rep and agency rep, use it to watch lease expirations, funding, SEC filings and hiring across a market, then reach the decision maker first. Residential sales agents use it to find likely sellers, match buyers to listings and run a listing from lead to close.

Does Reggie send emails without approval?

No. Reggie drafts, the broker approves, and only then does it send. Every piece of outreach lands in a review queue first, and nothing leaves the system without an explicit approval from the broker.

Is Revr a CRM?

Revr includes a CRM, but the CRM is not the product. Reggie’s job is outreach: finding who to reach out to, getting the decision maker and running the sequence. The contact records, the pipeline and the deal history are what he needs to do that job, not the reason to buy.

What can Reggie produce for a broker?

Reggie builds the documents a broker would otherwise assemble by hand: tour books and space surveys, comparable-lease and market reports, listing and CMA packages, landlord and owner reports, and a drafted LOI. Each one is produced from the broker’s own data and returned for review before it goes to a client.

How much does Revr cost?

Revr is invite-only while onboarding runs in small batches, and pricing opens at launch. Every invite carries the plan details and a walkthrough.
